Qatar Prime Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber al-Thani buys townhouse from real estate mogul Aby Rosen reportedly for $ 47 million. The powerful Qatari Royal first eyed to purchase two of the co-op apartments belonging to the 907 Fifth Avenue estate of late copper heiress known for her reclusivenessHuguette Clark for $31.5 million, and was rejected by the co-op board.
