Odeon Tower, Monaco

The Odeon Tower is a double-skyscraper currently being built in the Principality of Monaco. It is the first high-rise built in the small City-State since the 1980s (high constructions had been abandoned due to architectural concerns, sea polders had been preferred). The tower is set to be 170 metres high, with 49 floors, and 259 apartments of high quality.  It will include a business centre of 1,000 square metres, There will be one penthouse of 3000 square metres.  Other aspects will be large amounts of underground parking, shops, and a fitness centre. The project will complete in Summer 2014. With 170 meters high, it will be the highest building of the country.

Designed to optimize residents’ enjoyment of the surrounding Mediterranean landscape, every floor of Tour Odeon features unprecedented 360 degree views over the sea and the Principality. Residences are located from the 20^th to the 49^th floor of Tour Odeon. Seventy of these are one to five-bedroom layouts. In addition, Tour Odeon offers two dramatic Sky Duplexes, each of which comprises 1,200 m2, and a single maginificent five-story 3,300 m2 Sky Penthouse with a private terrace and an exterior infinity pool overlooking the Mediterranean.
